15 Minutes – Max Rounds

  • 10: Jump Squats
  • 10: Butterfly Sit ups

  • 10: Lunge Hop (Leg Splits)
  • 10: Push Ups

Workout #2:

Timed

  • 60: Butterfly Situps
  • 50: Jump Squats
  • 40: Push ups
  • 30: Lunge hop
  • 20: Triceps Dip
  • 10: Burpee

Workout #3

5 Rounds

  • 12 Burpee
  • 12 Triceps Dip
  • 12 Lunge Hop
  • 12 Butterfly Situp
  • 12 Push ups
  • 12 Jump Squats

Workout #4

Total Reps in 1 Minute – 3 Rounds (1 minute break in between)
